Shipping Method:
Normally, we ship the packages by (Zone Rate) priority mail (the United States Postal Services 2-3 days) within the United States, except the big/ heavy packages, which will be sent by FedEx / UPS ground. Since May 2007, the United Postal Service has the oversize package surcharges, helicopters, fuselage, or bulky packages will be shipped by UPS/Fedex ground. Also there is an increased price on priority mail on Jan 4, 2010.
For special shipping methods, please email us to fxa@fxaeromodels.com or call our office at 1-510-429-1083 to have different ways, such as express mail for domestic/ FedEx ground shipping to domestic.
For international package, we send by (post office shipping method) express mail via United States Postal Services (4 to 6 days) with tracking number. For any special requests, such as FedEx, UPS, airmail global priority mail, please email us to fxa@fxaeromodels.com. Some countries will have the option to send by airmail but there is no insurance and no tracking.
We ship all over the world over 200 countries and we have a fast, economical and reliable express mail shipping method provided by the United Postal Office.
Return Policies
RETURNING MERCHANDISE
We will accept merchandise, (excluded motors, speed controllers, and batteries) for return that was purchased from FXAeromodels within 7 days of receipt, except any batteries pack. The merchandise must be in new, unused condition, and in its original packaging. Please E-Mail ahead for (RMA no.) return authorization before sending back to our po box. We do not accept returns via COD or billed to FXAeromodels. We also will not pay for any returning shipping charge, or refund the initial shipping fee.
There is 10% restocking fee on any returning merchanise.
DEFECTIVE RETURNS
If the item you wish to return is inoperable, but has no apparent damage, it is considered defective. The instructions on how to handle this type of return will vary, since most manufacturers insist on handling defects directly. Defective merchandise should be return directly to the manufacturer for warranty repair or replacement.
Manufacturer defects found after the product has been used revert to the manufacturer's warranty and they will handle any problems for you directly.
If you can determine that a product is defective before using it, we may be able to accept it back for exchange or refund; however, please email us before taking any action.
DAMAGED RETURNS
If a package arrives at your door with apparent shipping damage, please refuse the delivery. If you have accepted delivery and then find the package was damaged, please e-mail or call us immediately. Save the box, all packaging material and paperwork such as invoice/ package list; please do not throw anything away!
VERIFICATION OF ORDERS PLACED BY MINORS
Customers under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian present to verify any order placed by phone before an order will be processed.
